TileleloReviews of tilelelo.com

Great customer service! Very helpful and prompt.

The customer service was excellent.

The person I dealt with went out of her way to be helpful then followed up with me to make sure everything was good. That is going above and beyond. Cudos to you and especially your employee

I finally found a young lady who was willing to do the transaction and stay on the phone with me until she and I were positive we had the mailing address and the billing address correct!!! So when I make my next order I will be contacting her again, helpful people like her are hard to find these days so whoever owns this company might want to do whatever it takes to keep her!!!

Greatly appreciated the professionalism of our customer service representative, Rachna. She was responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. The turn around time between ordering and receiving was also very quick.

Thanks for all the help!

I was so overwhelmed when trying to choose tiles for my house. Glad to have found Tilelelo. I reached out to them and right from the start to finish, they took care of my needs, answered all my questions patiently, and helped us remain within our budget. They have a wide variety to choose from, and had some great recommendations to suit my style and budget. Tiles are of great quality, they were delivered on time and look fantastic. Overall great quality products and top customer service. So happy and satisfied.

Comes across as a company that cares about its customers - worked with us to narrow down our choices and helped make an informed decision based on our requirements. I will certainly recommend them to my friends.
