Tiktech Services LLCReviews of tiktech.net

Brought my moms old HP surface PRO which was water damaged for repair after a high quote at GeekSquad. I came in at 9pm feeling hopeless honestly after a huge price and was ready to just give this laptop up. I called TikTech after finding solid reviews. He quoted me an honest quote, got my laptop fixed, went above and beyond handling data migration and even offered to work around my schedule to pick it up. genuinely the best computer repair in the area by far.

My important laptop suddenly crashed and would not power up. With 24 hours, the owner recovered all the data from the laptop and loaded it onto a different computer. This is what 20 years experience get you.

Sikander provided an excellent service in a timely when my Laptop was broken. He was very professional

Fast and reliable! I would definitely use this service again.

TikTech is honestly my go-to anytime I have issues with my computer or laptop. They really know their stuff and make the whole process super easy and stress-free. I’ve had both quick fixes and more complicated repairs done, and every time they’ve been professional, fast, and fair with pricing. If you need help with your tech, I definitely recommend checking them out!

I got my laptop fixed while I was visiting Virginia. Mr. Sikander Tiktech Services did an excellent job fixing my laptop. I found Mr Sikander very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The price was reasonable and repair was done quickly. I would highly recommend Tiktech for anyone needing laptop repair.

Sikander, the only person I have found in the area who works with Surface Pro laptops, was able to address my problem the same day I cold-called him -- including setting me up with a new computer when he discovered, upon changing the batter on my SP laptop, that there were issues with its motherboard. He was patient in walking me through the configuration of the new computer after hours. . . and adjusted my bill in light of the battery replacement that turned out to be insufficient.
