The bathrooms had overflown. There was toilet water with feces in it running out the side door near the hot sauce bar. The sauce dispensers were not clean and clogged with dried sauce which then squirted everywhere when pumped. The staff was sitting at a table doing nothing when I came in. I ordered the two soft taco meal, which came to $17 with a drink. The food was passable, but in no way worth the cost.

Chips were delicious and the service was top notch. I know it's fast casual, but at least at the location we go to, they really did a great job to take care of us. Would love to see them add a plant-based alternative or more options for people who might not eat me (like heavy veggie option).

Great service even ran my brothers hat back to the car because he forgot it

My team members and I have always enjoyed the food next door at Tijuana Flats. They are great with customer service and have always tried their best to accommodate any and all needs we as a big group of people may have. Especially Mrs. Chanigha, she's always going the extra mile to make sure my team and I are getting all the best deals and service with our food. Also, the guacamole is Absolutely Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely sick. Girlfriend and myself had food poisoning for almost 2 days. This is the second time from them. Should have known better. Was told a manager would cal. But nothing after 3 days. I went to work the next day and threw up several times in front of customers.

They lacked in quality, food, and customer service. I'm upset that this location is inconsistent and failed to uphold their standards. This location rather have the customer take losses so they can essentially gain. We won't be back and will be letting others know of this experience.
