Paid for Tier One Trading Workshop. No Access, No Confirmation and No Response
I registered and paid $7 for a Tier One Trading workshop scheduled for 2 May 2026, which was advertised as a trading workshop involving Jason Graystone and Akil Stokes, the co-founders of Tier One Trading. After completing the payment, I received no confirmation email, receipt, joining link or instructions explaining how to access the workshop. When I attempted to use the registration link again, I was simply taken back to a page asking me to pay another $7. On 1 May 2026, before the workshop was due to take place, I emailed Tier One Trading directly, explaining exactly what had happened and asking them to confirm my registration and provide the necessary access details. I received no response and, consequently, no access to the workshop I had paid for. I originally posted a Trustpilot review relating to Jason Graystone, because Jason was one of the key names associated with the workshop. Jason subsequently responded and indicated that my complaint should not have been directed at him personally. Having gone back through my original correspondence, I accept that distinction and have therefore deleted that review. For clarity, however, Jason Graystone was not an unrelated individual whom I mistakenly associated with Tier One Trading. Jason Graystone and Akil Stokes are co-founders/business partners at Tier One Trading, and both were associated with the trading workshop. My mistake was simply directing my original Trustpilot review towards Jason rather than the business through which I registered and to which I sent my complaint. I am therefore placing this review against Tier One Trading, which is the appropriate business entity. The amount involved is only $7, so this is obviously not about the money. My concern is the customer experience: I paid for a workshop, received no confirmation or access information, contacted Tier One Trading directly for assistance, received no response, and ultimately did not receive the service I paid for. I would be perfectly happy to update this review if Tier One Trading can explain what happened and satisfactorily resolve the matter.
