Tier 1 LendingReviews of tier1lending.com

Katherine Timm did a fantastic job as my Loan Officer. She was very responsive to my questions and kept me well informed throughout the process. Best of all she closed my loan on time with the same rate and closing cost as originally quoted when I started the loan. I am highly recommending Katherine Timm and Tier 1 Lending to my relatives and friends.

Tier One was fantastic to work with; they closed my loan quickly and smoothly. Blaire Wall was a fantastic Loan Officer, and I would recommend her to anyone.

I worked with Katherine Timm on my loan. She answered her phone every time I called and responded quickly and accurately to my emails. After many home purchases and refis, this experience was one of my easiest and quickest. I would definitely work with them again and would ask for my loan to be assigned to Katherine.

I had a really great experience with Katherine. She is s o personal and goes over and above to help you and make you feel like family. I would recommend her to my own friends and family. She is one who has your back. You do not have to worry that she will say one thing and do another. Don’t look for anyone else to do your loans. She is the best.

Patrick and Melinda were awesome people to del with. Made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable! Very professional people!
