Horrible experience with their customer service. Was going to try out a month for the server service and needed to cancel the next month. Instead, there was a hidden Paypal auto-renewal which makes me pay for the invoice before my due date. I created a ticket and they seems not to be reasonable and give me a refund for my 2nd month. Update 8/19 - Another customer agent stepped in and got my refund, change my 1-star to 4-stars now. Thank you.

This company gives you the truth. Unlike our previous provider we were hearing excuses, Tier.Net is giving us answers which is what we wanted to hear and you might think this is a bad thing since there was problems. The problem is COVID-19 something you can't really go around. They are amazing and I will certainly update my review once our server has been up for a little bit of time. Update after 3 months: Still 5 stars! This company truly was a miracle for us and I recommend their dedicated servers any day. Update After 1 Year: I ended my service with Tier.net after one year exactly, this was due to major downtime experienced as we somehow were on another customer's network?? I never really understood what they meant by that but we kept catching attacks that weren't even targetting us.
