very strange, after purchase still their logo showing on my website. calendly free is better than tidycal paid version.

This software is marketing for agencies, but the Stripe integration only works on the agency owner's side. There is no option to add this to each team members' accounts which is a major issue since our team members are contractors & we take a commission off the top of what each contractor is making, just like all other agencies. Not sure why there is an agency upgrade if this very basic feature doesn't work but we have been emailing Customer Support regarding this issue for 6 whole days now and have just gotten "we're looking into it" this entire time. Meanwhile, our team has been unable to make any income for an entire week. This is a major bug in the software & it needs to get fixed.

This is bad in using trial version.

There is no customer service support at all for new user except for Q&A docs. I tried to sign on 10 employee users - crickets. I signed up for a subscription and they charged my American Express, yet they say I am not in their system, therefore I cannot log in. I haven't even started and its the worst experience.

Pague los 29 dolares y no funciona la pagina. Solo me ha dado dolores de cabeza. Al realizar varias reservas solo detecta los horarios seleccionados en 2 y en todas las demás no funciona. Seleccione los dias mas las horas y guarde la información. Después me aparece el link que esta todo listo y al momento de entrar no aparece habilitado ningún horario y en la zona superior izquierda dice: no ha seleccionado horarios aun. Lo cual es falso y ya estoy aburrida. solicito ayuda al servicio o soporte tecnico de tidycal pero no tienen. No hay respuesta ni apoyo. Solo un chat que tiene links de acceso para información que no me ayuda.

This company has been holding my hard earned money (over $700) for over 30 days. There is no contact number to reach them. I have emailed them several times and no one has done anything. Everyone says they are looking into it, even though Stipe has advised of exactly what they need to do to take care of the issue and they have done absolutely NOTHING. My next step is to retain an attorney!! Do not use them, they are scammers!!!

Twee keer contact gezocht met TidyCal en AppSumo. Tot op heden geen reactie. Adverteren met een maand proefperiode echter geld is al afgeschreven. Product is niet wat ik er van verwachtte. Helpdesk bericht, kreeg automatisch antwoord hoe ik bepaalde instellingen moest veranderen on dat te krijgen wat ik wilde. Lukte niet. Tweede keer helpdesk en kreeg toen ineens ameen antwoord dat wat ik wilde helemaal niet mogelijk is. Wil dus proefperiode beëindigen en mijn geld terug. En dan ineens hoor je niks meer. Voor mij geen diensten meer van deze verkoper
