I was so impressed with TickorTock's customer service. They really back up their products and make sure you walk away as a happy, returning customer. I'm never worried about the quality of the products I'm buying because, again and again, I'm thrilled with my purchases. The speed of delivery is also really good. They definitely bought me as a customer!

I ordered a watch from this website and I am completely blown away! Aside from the great selection of watches, I was completely shocked at the outstanding customer service when I called to inquire about something. My watch came shortly after I ordered it and in perfect condition. I have recommended this website to friends and family and they are just as pleased as I am!

I've been a repeat customer of tick or tock a few xs over already!! I don't even bother looking elsewhere anymore. Price, service, speed of delivery have consistently been top notch!! Save yourself aggravation and take it from someone who does a lot of on line ordering. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with!!

I purchased a watch from tickortock as a gift for my friend's birthday. I was absolutely thrilled with the entire experience! From the moment I started using the site, I was extremely impressed with the customer service! The salesperson I contacted was very helpful and friendly! My friend's birthday was coming right up and I was a little worried about the shipping speed. I was pleasantly surprised when the watch ended up getting to me faster than I expected! The quality of the watch was excellent and my friend was thrilled with it! Looking forward to my next watch!
