Surprise - I am not tickled not amused
have done business with them several times prior to this and no problems - now they say they got my 100 bucks for what I ordered - but most of the things on their site were sold out - so there is some supply chain issues but still what I ordered did not say sold out - but after they said they got my money that was it eight days ago - I sent them an email and no response - so then today I tried calling them and just get nothing but ai message - and then on second try it just starts a loud squeal like they are trying to activate the nano in me - but I never got the vax so nano might be on the down low in me - anyway - I have no way of contacting them - and will have to do the full 30 day wait to do a charge back on my debit card - at bank which also is not a sure bet these days - if the earth still exists - but the real sad part is my old dog don't have much to look forward to in life - and it will cost me a lot more to buy them from a retail store - and its a shame tickled pet don't have the ethics to at least say they have gone out of business.
