they charged over 4x the actual amount if I went direct through the theatres website. We also didn't see clearly that this was a third party site. So they steal from you and won't provide a refund when you finally realize what they did.

On May 8th I learned that Bozz Scaggs would be performing at the Masonic in San Francisco. I went on line to listen him to sing Loan Me a Dime. At the end of the song, a website popped up offering concert tickets... Tickets-Center.com. I saw the venue seating chart and there was only ONE TICKET available ($379) and flashing on FLR B. I snapped it up, the went to fill out my information, name, address, payment info. Within minutes, I received a confirmation of payment for A TOTALLY DIFFERENT SEAT at the venue no where comparable to the one I purchased! I immediately started to 'fight this scam'. Their Chat is total BS telling me over and over NO Refunds! I would be 'mailed' my ticket on Sept. 22 for the Sept 23 concert! What? I filed a complaint with my bank and the BBB within an hour. Btw, I suggest to everyone to read the complaints on BBB regarding this sleazy company. I sent a packet of information documenting the transaction as well as other similar complaints to my bank next day to back up the 'Bait and Switch Scam' this company was attempting to pull off. They would investigate over the course of 60 days. I also learned this company has an active Class Action Suit (SF Based) filed in 2024 in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. I then got in touch with the San Francisco District Attorneys Consumer Protection Unit for further investigation. California has Business and Professional Codes, Civil Codes prohibiting deceptive advertising, and FTC Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees which prohibits misleading consumers regarding the indentity of the goods provided. I just received notification from my on-line bank in NY that they have completed their investigation have permanently CREDITED my bank to the tune of $379! I think it's also important to know this company uses another similar name Tickets-Center.com. BEWARE!

I never got my tickets, I had to call 4 times and got no response. I asked for a refund and have no idea if I'll get one. Also found out that they overcharge. I bought tickets from them for $200, turns out they were less than $100. Horrible experience. I would never recommend them.

Be cautious! I thought I was buying from Ticketmaster and instead was directed to these scammers ! Paid $671 for tix I could buy from Ticketmaster for $225. They are a ripoff . Contacted them and they said tough!

A search for show tickets brought up a web-page mimicking the theater. They sold us a pair of $60 tickets for $558. Complete scam. The theater manager told me today that lots of their audience are being fleeced by outfits like this.

This is clearly a scam and if the website does not look fake to you, you deserve to get scammed.

I believed they were The Riverside Theatre of Vero Beach. They charged mw $478 for tickets that a few minutes found out cost $80. I contacted them by chat and they refused to cancel the order. I contestede this through my credit card company.

There is no customer service number. You talk to a robot that just loops around and NEVER addresses your very simple question. I simply wanted to have my tickets sent to a different address bc I would be out of the state where the event was happening, but since there is no way I can receive my tickets (and I can't even talk to anyone about changing the address) I am losing 300$!!!!!!! Even requesting a change of address two months in advance is IMPOSSIBLE WITH THIS CO. THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO AND NO WAY TO GET THE MESSAGE ACROSS. Not to mention the ticket was actualy 100 dollars and they are charging me 300 $ FOR IT!
