DEVASTATED BY THESE CRIMINALS Can anyone help me on figuring a way to get money back!? Scam of a website. They owe me $500.00 for a cancelled concert. Policy in effect at the time was a full refund, now they only offer credit with no answer after repeated calls. I'm seeking to join a class action lawsuit.

Scammer never pay to those thugs. They creat an event then cancel and never refund

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sold me tickets to a fake event and wouldn't return money. Says in rebuttal comments they resolved the issue. Yes, since you kept my money on a fraudulent sale, I guess you would be satisfied. DO NOT purchase from them under any circumstance.

Comedy club, you pay, they take the money, you don t get the tickets.... Avoid and pass by traveloka or go on the airline directly

Negative 200. Tickets on sale does not follow its own website agreements. Says they will give a full refund for shows canceled and not rescheduled- guess what? They refuse to do so. Instead want to give a credit. Really? Who would trust a company that lies?
