Horrible service, payed for a refundable ticket, simply just wanted to get my money back so i can buy another ticket which is basically the same price and they do not want to give me my money back. Apparently once a transaction is done i cant refund, i guess im supposed to refund it before i pay for it. Will use them in the future but just a genuinely horrible experience for the tyler icu ticket. Genuinely lost motivation to go see one of my favorite artists
