0 stars if possible! Poor quality clothing/sizing. I’ve been trying to find out how to return the $100 worth of clothing I purchased for over a month now and the 24/7 “customer service” just keeps sending me emails asking me questions. The last email I received asked if I’d accept $15 and keep the clothing that DOESN’T FIT NOR DO I WANT😡 Worst online shopping experience or company ever!!!!!

I had been watching this sweater for a while and loved the colors. I finally decided to go ahead and order it. I was charged just under $40 for the sweater and shipping. When it arrived, I thought the fabric was nice and felt heavy. Unfortunately, when I put it on, there is so much stretch to it, it just bunches up under my armpits and doesn't sit on my shoulders where it should. I'm a bit surprised at the lack of quality. I'm 5'10" and 135 pounds, so I ordered a Medium based on the sizing chart. I usually am a 6 or 8 in other clothing so I don't believe it is a sizing problem, rather a quality one. They missed the mark on this item. It isn't worth the money.
