Unfortunately I had to remove some stars my last order was not the 5 grams like it said and they told me they could do nothing about. Not only that but they got rid of Google pay and that was the only way I could pay and the simplest for me. I will no longer be doing business with them So far so good I've only Ordered twice from Them so far. The first order got here within 3 days and same with the next both packaged well and not damaged. The purity seems good so far tho I Don't have the means to actually test it myself

The first order was good quality the 2nd was not the same product as the first and didn't do anything. I truly believe they intentionally send you a pure product the first time and then send something with less than 50% purity for the second.

I've bought from many online tianeptine shops and this one so far is in my opinion the best. Edit: !!!! They don't send the same product for second, third or even fourth time!!!!! It's straight cut ,garbage, I'm withdrawaling and I just dosed. I absolutely know what I'm talking about.. straight trash product

The quality is very low. It’s got to be like 80% only. I’ve emailed multiple times and had no responses. I paid $30 for two day shipping and they didn’t send it out for two days so it took 4 days to get to me. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE from them! I wish they would respond so I could get my money back. My research subject needing 3x the amount that has been used from other vendors to get the same effects. No noticeable onset with the sodium either.

The certificate of analysis (COA) you see on their product pages is just the COA they receive from the Chinese biolab Xi'an Lyphar that operates from Alibaba. Look up tianeptine on Alibaba and compare the COA of Xi'an Lyphar's tianeptine with the one on their product page: It's identical, except for the name of the name of the lab on top of the COA, which they replaced with their name. When I asked them to send me the third party analysis, they told me I can find the third party analysis on their product page. Liars.... I have some news for you: These Chinese COAs are virtually useless; their batches often come with impurities. Product impurities is the number one reason people experience side effects (such as elevated liver and kidney values). Third party testing is thus a necessity in this case. In other words, the only thing that Tianeptine Direct does is repackaging and reselling Tianeptine from Alibaba. And what about the claim that they conduct in-house testing? It's extremely unlikely that they have such expensive machinery in their basement (third party testing would be so much cheaper in their case since they only sell a few products). What they mean by in-house testing is that they merely 'taste' the product. Don't give your money to a company who thinks the cost of third party testing (generally about 200-300 USD) is worth more than your health.

I ordered 100g of tianeptine sodium in December of last year and it never made it to the Post Office. First, Paul said I needed to have USPS investigate it. FIVE MONTHS LATER, and no luck with them finding it (because they never got it, kinda makes sense, huh?). I have been emailing back and forth for weeks now to resolve this since it's readily apparent that USPS never got my package, with likely over half of my emails going ignored. Paul finally said last Friday that it would be resolved by the end of business. Friday came and went, and Monday morning, I emailed seeking this supposed resolution. I got no response. Now it's 2 am on Tuesday and I'm tired of the stalling, asking for info I've already provided, and terrible service. There is no excuse other than them wanting to take my $800 and not provide their product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their product is good quality, as I previously reviewed here, but this is absolutely unacceptable.

Poor quality. They have to be cutting it with something. This is by fat the worst tianeptine I have ever had! If you want Good Tia order from Zac attack.
