I emailed them letting them know the sodium capsules I researched were straight trash wasn't tianeptine at all they never contacted me to find a solution probably because they know there scammers horrible mistake learned my lesson aslo it dissolved like flour into water had barely any taste to it and it's honestly dangerous dealing with an unknown substance like this I learned a hard lesson not to trust any random vendor with cheap prices like that again so friendly warning don't waste your money here straight bunk garbage

First order i made with these scammers was mediocre at best. Then months later, i ordered both the sodium and sulfate pills. The sodium is fake because it doesnt pass the “stickyness” test when u add a drop a water. Sodium does NOT dissolve in water either and has a strange smell to it. The sulfate does nothing either although the powder floats to the top of the glass of water. This was a colossal waste of money, no vendor is this bad, and all the positive reviews are either paid reviews or they are fake reviews. What a waste of money.

Skeptical about quality. Used to be good. BUt the recent sodium isn't even clumping like it's supposed to due to hydrophilic properties. And it doesn't work like it was. meh. I think they send you worse product over time OR they recently started shipping trash.

Originally I posted a great review because the first shipment’s quality was pretty good. Second shipment was bunk and I lost a bunch of money on it. Other people on here have had the same issue. DO NOT buy from these guys.

It's the old switcheroo with these people. They'll send you a decent quality product on your first order, but when you order again, they send you an inferior, with lots of cut, product. And when you inquire they ignore you. No refunds or exchanges, just an "oh well",and that's it. Do some digging and you'll find better vendors with far better prices. All of their Tia products are garbage.

Ok this company is a scam and I will tell you why. I bought 90 sodium tiaeneptien via direct bank transfer and paid 30 dollars to get it in 1 to 2 days. I just called the post office down in Tampa and they said they never ever received the product from tia direct. They gave me a fake tracking number and took my money from me. And I got all the proof they scammed me. Unless my product is at my doorstep tomorrow I'm telling you a legal action will be taken against this company I won't let anyone else get scammed I'll do everything in my power to take them down if they don't make this right with me!!

It's as if there's nothing in some of the product compared to other vendors, and good luck getting the customer service to listen to anything you have to say after multiple attempts. He either ignores you, or deflects. For anyone that can perform a true purity test, please do so to keep this vendor honest. Although, nothing short of a lawsuit seems like it could get them to listen to their inbox, so maybe save yourself the headache just move on to a new supplier.

The "If you order before this time" timer on their website was broken, and so an express ($30 shipping) item I paid for did not arrive within the time given by the website. Customer service absolutely unapologetic, and indecent despite screenshots of the ongoing broken timers across multiple platforms, devices, and browsers. Typically, customer service is a reflection of overall operating culture. I imagine this lack of consciousness permeates all operations. Do yourself a favor, play it safe and avoid or discontinue using TianeptineDirect. There are a lot of other vendors whose product costs as much or nearly, and that will actually care if their functionality misdirects you.
