This is my first time trying tianeptine, so I'll be honest and admit that I don't have much of a basis for comparison lol. That being said, I'm 34 and have some health issues that are definitely exasperated by my stressful job. Anxiety and depression have been making keeping my work/life balance a struggle on top of everything else. I've only been trying this for a week- and it's subtle. I have been taking it on an empty stomach in the mornings (with green tea, my birth control, and CBD) and I have to say - work hasn't been any better lol. But I am managing it better.
