As a prototype electronics designer, after 20+ years of designing hundreds of products that must have resulted in millions of chip sales, using TI components, and being in their 'free sample' program, I am suddenly denied access, and given no reasons whatsoever. I can no longer recommend TI or their products.

I ordered few opamps and DAC chip, much better price then shopping over re-sellers. Shopping was smooth experience, very low shipping fee from Singapore to Czech republic. I would be happy to get some samples for my future projects, sadly they rejected my request. If I should be rating my shopping experience only, it is 5 stars.

Katastrophales Kundenservice , Rechner funktioniert nach 3 Monaten nicht mehr, das Reklamationsmanagement inferior, frech, beleidigend. Am 15.2.2021 haben wir reklamiert. Es folgten Mailverkehr und Telefonate. Ich verwende das Wort Inkompetenz selten, aber für dieses Unternehmen in dieser Sache triftt es zu. Unfreundlich und inkompetent. Fazit: nach 4 Wochen wurde der Rechner noch immer nicht getauscht und wir bekommen auch keine Antwort mehr. Mussten in der Zwischenzeit einen neuen Rechner kaufen. Finger weg von dieser Firma

Really good quality sensors and thoroughly written datasheets. Great of electronics projects. The shopping website is a little hard to use, so I usually buy their products from a 3rd party distributor.
