Awesome company. Needed a gasket for my lighter vault. No questions asked other than my address to send it to. Would for sure buy from them again

Outstanding customer service! Needed a replacement on a product and customer service was quick to respond & answer my question and even shipped out the replacement. All of this happened in less than 6 HOURS!! Hands down some of if not the best customer service experience I’ve ever had!!

Great products and apparently even greater customer service, Whats not to like? Looking forward to get some more of their stuff. :)

My request for a replacement part was handled quickly and professionally.

Very good customer service. I had a hard time getting a connection with the switchback 3.0 on my Modlite so I decided to contact customer service and they explained how to install it to get the circuit connection, I’m satisfied with the switchback 3.0 deep carry will be ordering more for my other flashlights.

A terrific product and even better customer service. I was a having a problem with one of their tactical flashlight rings and customer service immediately sent out the washer that I needed and then went the extra mile because I'd included a typo in my address that resulted in the package being returned. They contacted me immediately and rectified my error by sending to the correct address. Very highly recommended!

Helped me fix an issue (not their fault) with a product and immediately sent me the corrrect item. Quickly responded and stood by their products.

Thyrm makes reliable gear that is invaluable to me when I'm hiking, camping, backpacking, and training. Rugged and made in the USA! Superb response from customer service too!
