if the upload of big folders gets interrupted by network failures, do i really have to re-upload the whole again from the beginning? would make sense if the upload would continue automatically.

Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the web browser. The browser has no way of knowing what has been completed and where to continue from. We are working on a few possible solutions for this. :)

It appears that the ThunderDrive useless for my purposes. It doesn't support working with files hierarchies deeper than 2-3 (uploading never starts) and with folders containing more than 100-200 files (uploads with errors - drop files, moves some files out of folders). The Support proposed me to upload files by smaller chunks manually to "make my experience better":) or to upload zips. So, if you have archives with deep folder hierarchy and you want to have instant access to the files (not to download zip every time you need a single file) this solution is not for you.
