I'll give it four stars for now. Some reviews are a little concerning but it appears they are responsive and striving to address those and improve. My 4TB deal only showed as 2TB on my dashboard, but as soon as I mentioned it in the chat bot, I got an email within 15 minutes stating they updated the account. I verified it's now 4TB. So far, upload speeds don't seem to be an issue.

Using more than 3 months and giving 4 stars now. Speed has improved and stable,no login issues anymore, customer service replied fast and were helpful. Still need more work.

Great value and a very user friendly interface. as a user I would like to suggest a few issues you can work on: -upon uploading a bunch of documents and refreshing the page the upload window disappeared and had to upload everything from start (very upsetting) -also would like to see if folder size could be made available. -when uploading an estimate time of when the upload will be completed would be good to see and also the total progress. hope you take these feedbacks positively and make one awesome storage. cannot wait for the fone and the desktop app and also to have live sync options. thanks

For the given price, this is really worth it. I found it promising. What I like : - Cheap price - Security - UI looks good - It's easy as drag and drops - I think the upload time is fast enough Although it has a lot of malfunctions with the features: - The preview slideshow image doesn't work properly. - Sort-by-name feature doesn't work properly - Uploading bulk of files could fail - A little bit glitchy when uploading via chrome I really hope the team is ambitious enough to make it better. I have read your roadmap. Q3 you guys planning to have mobile apps. My suggestion is to fix the web app first to become flawlessly functioning. I also hope you guys have a server in Asia (I live in SEA region, Singapore server would be a good one).

I find it odd that people are posting reviews 5 minutes after they purchase the service. As with any website, there are bugs and server updates. If something doesn't work correctly, at least give the company a couple of days to sort it out (even though it usually takes a few minutes). People who are posting these bad reviews calling the site a scam have no clue what they are talking about. I purchased six accounts to stack, and I have 12tb of lifetime storage (hopefully the company sticks around to get my monies worth). When I chatted with support, they answered back within 90 seconds and fixed my issues within just a few seconds. I rated it 4 stars because of all the bugs. For me, the fact that one failed upload halts the whole process is a critical bug. It makes it very difficult to upload a lot of files at one time, which I am doing as we speak. When a file fails, there is no way to cancel it or remove the file; there is just a red X, then the page must be refreshed and the files which did not upload need to be added, which means I must sort through and find the files which are already uploaded. I get about 1.5mbps upload speed, but I'm also using a VPN (my ISP clocks about 5mbps upload according to SpeedTest). To me, the upload rate is acceptable. Being able to upload large files isn't a big deal to me, and I understand the browser limitations, so there are no complaints there. When they finish their desktop app, this will not be an issue. Their mobile apps serve little interest to me, as I would rather see a desktop app. However, I can see how a mobile app would drive more customers as it's available in the app stores, which is advertising in itself. I want the company to create a sustainable business model, so I cannot complain about their plan. To recap; the good: upload speed is about 1.5mbps (with a VPN), service has been stable for the last few days with just a little bit of downtime for maintenance (which is good; if the site never had maintenance, it would be a bad sign), and support was quick to respond and solve all issues. The bad: cannot upload more than a 5gb file, when an upload fails, it halts the whole upload process, then the page must be refreshed, and the files which did not upload must be re-added. Overall, it is a good deal if they stick around for years. I hope the upload bug is a priority.

Very Nice Interface and Excellent deal, I can understand that the service is just started and in initial stages however it has lot of potential and i have a good belief in Thunderdrive that one day they will surely come at top and compete with most of the big names. Just we have to wait and give some time to them to make improvements because the customer support is very impressive. Now regarding issues I am facing some problems which i want to be fix in upcoming updates. First when I upload a folder with multiple files, it gives me error most of the time during upload and it stuck at some point and i cannot start upload from same point I have to start over from beginning. also I am impatiently waiting for Pc and android app so we can upload files bigger than 5gb. Overall its nice service and I hope will be much better over time. I will also post more suggestions and improvements on your roadmap email.
