I am not sure if forgot my password or my password is not working with thunderDrive, but if I reset password - email is never sent. tried contacting from chat, email and message but no response. This is truly frustrating. There is no accountability here. Resolved after contacting an amazing guy here. Thanks I have been waiting since 2 weeks now.

I'm reading through some of the comments and wondering what the complaints are. I've uploaded several files and folders in their entirety. I've done this from my iMac and my Surface tablet. I am able to access files from my iPhone. For the price for lifetime, this is great. The only complaint I have is that I cannot play my music uploaded from my iPhone but I really don't care since I listen to very little music.

Purchased 2 TB at a low price. Uploaded one file. Tried to upload a folder containing pictures but found that I need to upload each file individually. Uploaded four files of 900mb. Took few hours. The message upload success arrived. But the files are not there. The files just disappeared after upload. Forgot to mention one upload stopped when 3 minutes were left without any reason. There is no link to contact customer support. Want to update my previous review Now I'm able to upload folders and folders appear in my drive with all files on PC. Didn't try on mobile plateform yet. This was after I contacted their online chat service.

It's fairly simple to use with good upload speeds. Sometimes the photos that I upload get rotated but that's a minor problem. I spent $53 for 2TB of storage which I felt was great. iCloud storage is costing too much extra. There isn't an app but all you need to do is create a shortcut on your device's home screen and it's pretty much an app. This might be a no-name (for now) company but they have good potential. Hopefully the upcoming updates will be good and increase the value of this service more. Overall, I think this is a good, cheap option for cloud storage.

After intersection with the cutomer care, they asuure me to add this feature, but might need time to integrate it. I was disstaisfied by basic features, They reply to my every point before purchasing, now they are slow to reply, But they replied positively to add the feature requested by me.

I just started to use Thunderdrive.io So far everything's good, user interface is almost identical to google drive. I have some questions for Thunderdrive support: 1. Is there any possibility to add family / friends to have read/write access to the folders? When I try to add someone to a folder using Right click - manage people I get an error saying that "user with email xyxyxy @gmail.com does not exist. And when trying to create a new user they have to chose a subscription plan which costs money... 2. I can only log in using my credentials using this site: app.thunderdrive.io/ login . When trying to go to login page from thunderdrive.io it sends me to thunderdrive.eu login page where I get a error saying that "credentials do now match our records".

Will you make the file limit bigger than 5GB. 10 will be nice. Please let me know

Here are my suggestions to make your site super user friendly 1. Checkbox to mark selected files 2. Upload button should be visible at all time. 3. SHIFT+DOWN ARROW KEY should be able to multi select files. 4. Let me know if you need more suggestions, i have alot.. By the way chrome in mobile phone crashes when 3000 or more (photo) files is selected.
