Scammer, guaranteed. DO NOT Subscribe, they will steal $199. You can't cancel, you can't delete the contact details of your debit / credit card, you won't get a response from their support team, you will just get SCAMMED. I got scammed & immediately disputed the charge with my bank, I got a reimbursement from my bank (not from them) since I uploaded all the evidence: multiple emails with no response to their support email address which by the way is hidden, the messages I sent to their online support chats, which they never replied to, the messages I send on LinkedIn to product managers and even to the CEO himself - the head scammer - which obviously didn't reply). My bank saw that, and immediately reimbursed me. Today I came to the unpleasant surprise that Thunderbit disputed my dispute with their processor (Stripe), and they took again the money. THEY WILL ROB YOU, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. I will proceed with legal actions.

Full on scam. I signed up for a 7-day trial, with the intention to cancel. I got charged and requested a refund within 48h, which is part of their terms and they never responded to me. I've emailed them twice requesting my money back, but not a single reply. Had to raise a dispute with my bank in order to get the money back..

My experience with Thunderbit’s so-called 7-day free trial was terrible and extremely misleading. I signed up expecting a full 7-day trial. Instead, after only 1–2 days of use, I was charged. When I questioned it, I was told that I had used up a certain number of credits, which apparently caused my “7-day free trial” to end early. How is that a 7-day free trial? If the trial can expire after a day or two because you used a certain number of credits, that limitation should be made extremely clear before anyone signs up. Calling something a “7-day free trial” creates the expectation that you actually have seven days to evaluate the service. This felt like a bait-and-switch and left me feeling completely misled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Thunderbit to anyone. Buyer beware. Read every detail of their trial terms before entering your payment information.

Regardless what I read in the othe and comments, I have to share a great experience with the customer service that supported me very well and refunded.

Subscription based scam. AI customer support that is impossible to contact. Do not use this product at all cost.

No refunds what so ever . Poor client service

As another reviewer has stated - this product rarely works, and when it doesn't you still burn through credits - for example you're trying to get one piece of data from a website, but it doesn't manage to scrape that but returns data you didn't want, you still get charged credits. I've asked them for a refund but they refused, so I'm now starting the process of a bank chargeback - it's more or less a scam.

This does not work as expected. after using most of the credits because it was not working correctly on edge they advised to go through chrome, remaining credits used trying to get the correct information to be loaded which it never did, they commented that can happen, and i an upgrade from month to yearly.
