One reason only
One reason only: Heather Payne! I have not had a good communication with Thriveworks because of a "specialist" I complained about about three weeks ago. Heather has made up for the unprofessional individual, M. Harriet, I believe. If it weren't for Heather, I would not have returned back to Thriveworks.

Dr James has been amazing
James has been helping me a lot the past couple weeks with my mental health helping me break down why I'm getting mad how to react better and focusing on positive reinforcement very satisfied with my therapy and my therapist

Megan is so kind and caring

Therapy Helps
I started talk therapy after a mental break down following difficult life events. Just having someone to talk to about those events helped. I received tips for managing my emotions and thoughts. After lifestyle changes, medication, and talk therapy I now have my life back.
