A Big disappointment
My initial experience with this company has been quite disappointing. During my therapy sessions, there are prolonged moments of silence that make me feel as though I’m the only one contributing to the conversation. While I appreciate the opportunity to express my feelings, I expected more engagement and feedback from my therapist. There are times when I would really appreciate her input or questions to guide our discussion. After one session, she mentioned she would reach out to schedule the next appointment, but it’s now been almost two weeks without any follow-up. Additionally, I received a bill for $400, of which my insurance covered $200. I still feel that even $200 is excessive, especially considering that I did most of the talking without receiving any feedback or advice on what I shared. Furthermore, I had no choice but to pay this amount because I was required to provide my credit card information upfront. I called to express my concerns, but I have yet to hear back from them. They indicated they would investigate the charge, as I was never informed about the session cost beforehand or that my card would be charged without my consent notify me.
