It seems like only customers with bad experiences leave a review so here goes a different one. We made and paid for a reservation in advance through Wisecars. Our paperwork told us of additional fees up to a certain amount would be collected at pick up time. The shuttle at Boston Logan was efficient. Thrifty had as many agents working the counter as any other rental except Hertz which had a much longer line. They copied my license and collected the fee by credit card which was less than expected. The car was the size expected and it was clean and ready on time. When we returned the car to the same location a week later, we just parked it and left the key on the dash. We returned it full as per the agreement and there were no additional charges.

For me, it was fast and easy: booking with wisecars, p/u car (got an upgrade from N. sentra to T. highlander for a more than reasonable price), great new spacious car; fast and competent service in and out, full tank of gas for my long trip, did about 600 miles in one week, easy and fast return; but hey, that’s how it goes in NYC :) :) time is money no fuss no muss!

Best car hire experience ever, pick up drop off totally faultless, no sales pitch, polite staff. No queues at either end. For the small increase in total hire over other robbers I've had it was well worth it. NICE AIRPORT JUNE 19.👍
