Disorganized, expensive, and frustrating customer service.
My experience with Threadfellows was a mess from start to finish. I placed a time-sensitive order, clearly communicated my deadline, and was immediately hit with surprise fees—first a $375 “VIP” charge just to get the products in time, later reduced after I pushed back (why wasn’t the lower rate offered up front?). Then when I asked to cancel—well within the terms on their website since I hadn’t approved the logo—I was told I’d owe a 20% restocking fee. So much for flexibility or customer care. To make matters worse, they couldn’t ship items to two addresses without tacking on yet another fee, and the process for doing so involved a rigid spreadsheet format that’s apparently required by their “shipping computer.” It honestly felt like I was working for them, not the other way around. Every question was met with vague delays, upsells, or copy-pasted policy references. I ultimately felt pressured to just accept the inflated costs to get anything at all. Threadfellows talks a big game about service, but in reality, it’s death by a thousand fees and zero real flexibility. Would not recommend.
