I love the products but the customer service is awful. I tried to call multiple time and left a voicemail. No one returned my call. I emailed twice and still no response. I was charged 2x for my order. And was sent 2 orders, I only wanted 1

I have ordered various strength of a few preparations and they work amazingly just when I need them. CBD is specially helpful when I and my husband had a long haul coughing reaction and shortness of breath after we had covid. Nature is amazing.

I'm satisfied with the ease of ordering and the quick shipping. However, the Delta 0 tincture that I received does not have the same taste as the previous batch. The first batch I received as I recall was a pleasant lemony type taste. The bottle that I just received has an unnatural, chemical taste and is not pleasant. I can't tell what its supposed to taste like, its just not good.

Products are great but it takes 3 weeks to get to me so that’s definitely frustrating.
