Recently I’ve been struggling with my mental health. Lots of anxiety, and depression leading to not being able to sleep at all… this has helped me a lot. Since I have been taking it I have been able to sleep better at night without waking up on and off or being woken up from nightmares. I have had lower back pains for decades it would move from side to side. A month ago I was doing some forming for a concrete H/C ramp and I was in so much pain and came home. I saw my bottle of your CBD oil which the bottle said put a couple drops under your tongue which has not worked. Asked my wife to rub on my back😃 within a hour hardly any pain. Put on later that evening and the next day went yo a Rodeo sitting in bleachers which usually is bad for my back. Got home and it hit me I have no pain at all it's like heaven. Now a month later my back pain gone during the day but coming back at night? Might try gummy's at night. But life is so much better
