Something is going on with these guys. They used to get back to you with customer service requests really quickly, now they don't respond at all. Order's sit processing with no clarity on when it may be sent. I suddenly have to move and re-direct my order, but they simply haven't responded for three weeks. It's unfortunate because I loved the product. After being a customer for several years, there is no way I would order from them again.

Over a month for an order is NOT OKAY! My son is autistic and uses these to help him control his outbursts. He has been out for weeks now. I have CALLED, LEFT VOICEMAILS, FACEBOOK MESSAGED, and EMAILED several times. I want my order and my money back.

Stop taking money from ppl, that you can’t service! 6 weeks is not OKAY! You have so many emails an txts that prompt your site! No one answers the phone, email and obviously ships products! My child is on the spectrum and uses this as his ONLY medication.. Do you think 🤔 you can get your Act together soon he’s Out Now.. thanks to you Not a happy customer

Absolute scam and waste of money. Placed an order in Feb 2023, didn’t receive the parcel after 6 weeks. I reached out to their customer service email and got no response, Facebook messages and no response, Instagram messages and no response. Owner refuses to respond either. Report has been submitted to the BBB and the FTC about this company’s scam. Do not ever buy online from this company

I don’t know how else to get across that there was an issue with my most recent subscription fulfillment. I’ve emailed multiple times and have only received one automated response. I’m supposed to get 3000mg full spectrum every month, for some reason last week I instead received 300mg pet cbd.

I have reached out to you guys several times no response. I tried to use my $25 "gift card" and it was never applied.

I had to write this review after sending a few emails and no reply from the company. Had missing items and one item leaking sent pictures also. Customer service is terrible. Have used the company before and everything was good. I really don't understand why they don't reply. They say it takes up to 48hrs but this is day 7 and still nothing They replied to me as they had problems with there Internet I have now received my items and am happy with the products

All the bottles in my order arrived leaking. I have emailed, called, and left messages multiple times. The one time I was able to speak to someone I was told to send pictures, which I did and have gotten no response. I have ordered from this company multiple times and have never had a problem. I don't know what's going on, but the horrible customer support makes me question the overall quality of the company.
