This is an update to my earlier one star review. Customer service used to be good but now has exceeded all my expectations!!!!! I had ordered two products and received incorrect items. I thought customer service has been unresponsive but it turns out it was the weekend and they do not work on weekends! I hadn't checked their hours and that was my mistake. The CEO personally reached out to me and EXCEEDED all expectations with his concern and sincere motivation to correct the problem of receiving the wrong items. He extended an extremely generous offer indicating his commitment to providing high quality products and exceptional customer service. Thoughtcloud deserves 10 STARS and I highly recommend them. This is an OUTSTANDING COMPANY and I am a customer for life!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I accidentally ordered too much cbd for pets. When I requested to have the extra roved and refunded, customer service helped me out by adding the current bogo sale to my order. Basically, I was still refunded but still got the extra I purchased for free. Thanks guys!!

I have been ordering from Thoughtcloud for over a year now and have never had a single issue. The oils and pain balms have helped my Mom considerably with her MS. Recently I had my first shipping issue and the customer service was so great! They were extremely quick, friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this company high enough, excellent products and customer service!
