Ralph reassured me at every step my account would be re-activated. The price for the POA letter was very reasonable. My review was lengthly purposely because I wanted to share that Ralph Schneider of Thompson & Stein stayed with me from start to finish. He was extremely reassuring throughout the whole journey. If you ever have your Amazon account suspended YOU MUST hire Thompson & Stein the price is reasonable, they will create a well structured POA letter for you that will be accepted by Amazon. They are the Best! and I thank them for re-activating my account. Again they are the BEST!
