Thistle and SpireReviews of thistleandspire.com

Ordered 5 days in advance over $400 worth of product. This included 2 day fedEx Shipping. Not only did the warehouse failed to pack this in the 1 day timeline listed on their site, the package kept getting pushed out. By day 6, I had to leave, and asked them to contact the logistics company to return to sender. They continuously refused, and kept pushed back until 3 days later. This package was ordered Oct 10th, expected Oct 14th, its now Oct 20th, and not only did my box never arrived at any location due to poor logistics, and the new package arrived late due to the warehouse being behind on packages, it seems like im not the only one. Some context: fedex's 2 day shipping is the cheapest of the express shipments, and will get pushed to the side by FedEx if theres too many next day air packages. They will take the L. My advise to the company: please update your waiting times.

it’s really beautiful and storied and the craftsmanship is stunning. i wanted to buy myself lingerie before top surgery and i thought i would fit in the biggest size based on the measurements, but no :( i hope in the future you consider how hard it is for big fat ppl to treat themselves to this art because we regularly aren’t regarded in it. i really had hoped i could enjoy myself and it broke my heart. i know that it is more work but i hope you believe it would be to your betterment to bring your art to those who are often told they are unworthy of it.

For a brand claiming to be "luxury" Thistle and Spire gives a very subpar experience. I requested to cancel my order on October 20, but didn’t receive a response until October 22 — after it had already shipped. The return process was confusing, and the store credit policy for sale items wasn’t clearly disclosed at checkout. On top of that, customer service repeatedly addressed me by the wrong name, despite multiple corrections. Offering a discount code after all this felt dismissive. I won’t be shopping with Thistle and Spire again.

(Update: Humorously, they replied to my review 2yrs later. Why am I not surprised?) I’m reviewing here because they’ve yet to post my honest reviews on their website. Thistle and Spire makes “beautiful looking” pieces. As I long time client, I decided I wanted my next shoot to be all T&S, as I love their backstory and unique designs. However, the quality and craftsmanship has greatly declined. At first I thought it was a one time thing, so I contacted them. They assured me this was a single faulty item and gave me 20% off. So, I ordered 8 more items with high hopes. Every single item had visibly bad stitching and loose threads. The underwires were sewn in crooked, and the lace is very scratchy. The corset had uneven lines throughout. I’m more disappointed than anything. They were my all time favorite until now. They used to be high quality. I genuinely hope they fix these issues. If quality and comfort isn’t important to you, you’ll still look and feel sexy! On the brighter side, they have excellent customer service! But, they need to allow ALL reviews from verified purchasers on their website; not just the ones they approve.

Had an urgent shipping issue. It’s impossible to get in touch with a person to fix. Can’t correct with fedex on my own, and customer service email is a bad AI prompt. Never going to get my package and wasted 100+ on one of the worst customer service experiences in my life.
