pleased and bought many many times…
I must have a dozen thin optics readers - I put a pair in with each needlepoint project to make sure I have them. Also everywhere around the house I might need- love love - just want cute cases for the readers

Thank you so much for your feedback! It’s great to hear how much you love your thin optics readers—and how you’ve made them part of every needlepoint project and placed them around the house so you’re always covered. We’re happy you’re enjoying them! As for cute cases, we’re on it and will look into some fun, stylish options to pair with your readers. Thanks again for being such a thoughtful and loyal customer!

Return request ignored.
I recently received two sets of glasses. Both did not meet my expectations. I immediately upon trying them wrote to customer service for a refund request. I did not hear back. I sent another request and did not hear back. I then left on vacation out of the country. I'm concerned that I will now be beyond the return date. This is very frustrating. I was the one who had to keep checking or requesting a confirmation of my request. I'm very displeased and will not recommend this product or company.

We’re so sorry for the trouble and the delay in getting back to you — that’s not how we want our customers to feel. Please send us your order details again so we can review your refund request right away. We’ll make sure to take care of this for you, even if your return period has passed. Thank you for giving us the chance to fix this.
