Paid a premium for a 250th anniversary…
Paid a premium for a 250th anniversary product that was put on sale the next week. The product is magnetic but swivels on my phone and does not hold as firmly as the adhesive ones do. Cost went up, quality went down. Very disappointing.

Thin optics readers are amazing
Thin optics readers are amazing. They have a variety of products that are compact, convenient to use, and outstanding quality. I have 3 pair and use them all! Great stuff!

The Magnetic Case is a TERRIBLE Design FAIL!
The magnetic cases I ordered to attach to my iPhone are terrible. I reached out to customer service several days ago and still have not heard back. Why is the case itself not magnetic in 2026? Instead they expect you to adhere a plate with a square magnet sticking up to the back of your phone that magnetically grabs their case. Pathetic design. It negates the essence of MagSafe where you can easily remove items from your phone…because it is already magnetic.

This is what proper customer complaint handling looks like
Unfortunately, my ThinOptics broke when I took them out of the case. I contacted customer service to ask whether compensation might be possible. They told me that my claim would be reviewed within 48 hours. Soon afterward, I received an order confirmation for a free replacement of ThinOptics glasses, followed by a kind response from the customer service representative. I also received a coupon for a 20% discount. I was genuinely impressed by this fair and generous treatment. I will definitely shop here again!
