Seriously - just get them. They are beyond convenient. Cheaters with you everywhere you go. You can get a free (less shipping) replacement every 30 days if you want, but they last much longer than that and I use mine every single day - multiple times. I pull them out of the back of my phone and people gawk! "What is THAT?!" For that factor alone they're worth the price of admission. However, the real win is being able to see stuff. They do that VERY well. Just buy them. Period.

I just bought an iPhone case with ThinOptics glasses attached. I really like this case. Unfortunately, while putting it on the phone, the case cracked near the camera lens. I called ThinOptics and they immediately dispatched a new case to me. Great customer service. I had one of these cases on my last iPhone and it worked great. Can't be without it. It's so handy to have a spare set of glasses always at your side.

Not only does this company have a great product and style, they have world class customer service. I had issues with a delivery due to a corrupt address and the bottom line is that my order didn't reach me. ThinOptics stepped up, asked a few questions and then re-shipped to me at their expense. This kind of service is seldom seen these days. If the quality of their product turns out to be half as good as their service, they have a customer for a long time.

After purchasing my first two pair of ThinOptics a couple years back, I could not have been happier. I shared the product details and how much of a positive impact they had on my life from a convenience factor to everyone and anyone who would listen. After the obvious weak link in the design - the nose stand-offs - resulted in both pair becoming unusable, although disappointed, I attempted to have my glasses replaced via the warranty option. My request must have 'fallen through the cracks' as a couple of weeks went by for a promised 2-day response time. Ultimately multiple ThinOptics customer service reps reached out to me, replaced both pair on a no-cost basis, and I was very pleased to see the newer model had been completely redesigned. At this point I am back to boasting about my ThinOptics glasses and plan to be a lifelong customer. Great job ThinOptics!

Unbelievable customer service! They were contacted about a problem I had with my glasses. They responded immediately and are sending a replacement pair. They were courteous and responded quickly. I couldn't ask for better service.

I bought a pair of the glasses at the DFW airport. Loved them immediately. During the first week the nosepiece broke. I made a warranty claim. Got an email confirmation that they had shipped. When I tracked them I found they had never been delivered to the mailing service. After several email exchanges with customer service I thought I had it fixed. During the interim I also ordered a second pair because I like them so much. It’s now going on a month and I still have not received either pair of glasses or an explanation why.

I had reason to contact Customer Service due to requiring a replacement pair of Thin Optics, which I have come to rely on whenever I am away from my desk. The service and attention to detail received was simply outstanding and I could not be any more appreciative of the way my contact was handled. A special ‘shout out’ to Miguel who handle my contact promptly, professionally and with such ease resulting in a better than expected outcome. Thanks Miguel and keep up the great work!

When I was, after a challenging few calls, called directly, as I didn't have savvy to send a photo to the Thinoptics website, I was treated royally. The woman who handled this senior was amazing. She did not make me feel bad that I was not able to do what for me was too high tech. I give the company five stars and the woman I spoke to 10 stars. Barbra
