Got my ThinOptics in last week of December last year. Delivery was quick and they very convenient and handy to keep with me by attaching it with my phone. Though I use them as emergency glasses when don’t have my regular glasses with me while I am not home or when I am lazy to get my glasses to use my phone. Only problem is that one of the nose support was broken within few weeks and not sure if that is covered in warranty.

Rose with customer service was outstanding. She made the replacing of a new pair of ThinOptics seamless. I felt like I was chatting with a friend and someone who wanted to help and not make things difficult. My husband and I have been huge fans of ThinOptics for years. We are at a point where we don't know how we lived without them.

Having placed my order with Thin Optics 5th April 2020 and had no response to emails and phone calls following up when the order would arrive,finally got an email from Miguel when I wrote a review here.He asked me to wait until 6th May for delivery,its now the 7th of May and nothing.Hopeless Company to deal with,can only recommend that people wanting this product go elsewhere.

Great glasses that I attached to my mobile phone to have them available at all time. Unfortunately the nose pieces fall off within a few weeks, no big problem since it is possible to polish off the sharp edges on the plastic frames an continue to use w/o nose pieces. Unfortunately the metal string that holds the left and right half's of the glasses together will snap after about 1 year of use, then it is time to buy new glasses. A couple of weaknesses, but I keep buying them. Time for my 4th pair now.

I've used their products for a couple years and am pleased to see them address the fragile nose pieces, which are now much more robust. My issue is their website and customer service. Logging into with known username and password gets "The account sign-in was incorrect or your account is disabled temporarily. Please wait and try again later" message. Oh, and there is not "forgotten password" link, which doesn't help. One is able to create an account with the same email address, which suggests no record of previous accounts, and, lo and behold, there are no previous orders tied to the email address. What started this was an order placed in January and confirmed. After a couple weeks, I heard nothing and sent a query to customer support. I got a reply from Bee confirming the order and that "it is expected to be sent out in 24 - 48 hours. A shipping confirmation will be sent out to your email address once the order is out with a Tracking information." Alas, nothing, so I queried again about a month later only to be told by Mary Anne the order had been cancelled. No actual reason -- only speculation of some payment issue, which is BS on many levels (i.e., there is no record of them even attempting to clear payment). I asked that the order be reinstated -- it includes at least one pair of replacement glasses -- and got some obscure "Your request (XXXXXXX) has been updated." (Great "lifetime warranty" if you can actually get the replacement...) I've tried again to deal with the company's website, but it is simply not worth it. I guess I'll have to find some other company that is importing the same Chinese-made products. Interesting products. Very poor company execution. Previous reviews have received a "will use for future reference" reply. It's not clear if there is actually any action taken in response.

Great product. Used them for a few years and recommended to others. On the downside last few orders take ages and support staff less eager to assist as when the first started out. Tracking doesn’t work and it’s been over 15 working day on my last order dated 16 Feb and says order complete in my account. Time to lift their game now they have cracked multiple markets. Please review tracking info. Still a lover but not feeling loved lately.
