Quick courteous service and a great product. I gave my ThinOptics sunglasses to my niece when she needed them on a very bright day. I ordered a new pair and made an error on my order. I was contacted by Ann from customer service and she quickly fixed my problem, the error was all mine.

Minor issue with what I ordered and what I received, however after a quick chat with a representative, this was easily fixed. The glasses fit great and I can barely tell they are there.

I use the thinoptics readers since 2015/16. I am absolutely thrilled with them. Light easy to use and comfortable. It depends a little on the shape of your nose but mine is loving it. A few of them broke and they were replaced free of charge. Lovely employee in the chat that helped me perfectly. I m a happy customer

ThinOptics is great. Their readers are excellent and they store so well. I have several of the readers and enjoy them all. Now I am looking forward to the sunglasses and the fact they store like their glasses is such a plus. Well done and excellent. Their customer service is excellent as well.
