This company knows what customer service is and stand behind their product 100%. I have purchased many of them and if something goes wrong and they break they replace them and do not put you off or not respond. They are quick to reply to my request for replacement and are a pleasure to work with. Of course I LOVE how they are easily carried anywhere!

ThinOptics are the perfect accessory for somebody like myself who only needs glasses for reading and therefore forever forgetting to take them with me but with ThinOptics I can slip them in my pocket and I will never be stuck.

I've been using readers from Thin Optics for a number of years. The product itself is simple and brilliant - I never have to worry about forgetting my glasses! Glasses are fragile and they do get damaged, so being able to order quick replacements is invaluable. I have quite a few friends who use them and they're everyone's favorites. They recently ungraded their websites, so my login got lost. I reached out to customer service and Ian helped me immediately with sending replacements - I felt I was taken care of right away - very grateful!
