Bought one of their mini desktop Linux computers 4 years ago and it has been flawless. I would never purchase another brand.

I ordered a Linux installation USB flash drive and was astonished at the quality of service and product I received from start to finish! Since the Linux flavor I needed wasn't on their website, I called to inquire as to whether it might be available. Not only did they offer to make what I needed, they took the time to explain that many flash drives are not suitable for this purpose and that they only use the very best drives available. I placed my order and was amazed at how fast it arrived. I was truly astonished at what I found inside the package. They included a data sheet verifying both the integrity and authenticity of not only the installation image, but the actual USB drive that was sent to me! I have bought many installation media before, but have never encountered this level of quality, or expected it! ThinkPenguin is the best organization of its kind, anywhere in the world.

I'd have given them a 4 1/2 if I could. They built a computer for me and did an excellent job. We discussed what I wanted and needed to get the job done by email beforehand - good communications with sales. Then they built the computer - very nice job - all seems to be to spec. We agreed the build and I paid on the Monday night and they had it built and shipped and into the UK from the USA by the Sunday. That's 6 days - pretty good. Then British customs were very slow and useless, no fault of Think Penguin, then I got the machine after about 2 1/2 weeks. Fine. Only minor gripe - I had a small technical question which I sent to the sales email address (not tech support - my bad), which they never replied to but I sorted it myself, no problems. So, summary: Excellent company, fast, quality build and shipping. Definitely recommended.
