This is a cheap drop-shipped china-product disguised as a top-tier pillow. You can buy it much cheaper from other places without the brand-name. You shouldn't though. The quality is low, there is no pillow-case with it, so it's difficult to wash, and you support a bad buisness-market. Ps: I found no possibility to return the pillow once it arrived. No info or return-ticket.

Slechte service. Eerste pakket teruggestuurd door postbedrijf zelf omdat deze beschadigd was (na 15 dagen wachten). Ik wacht nu inmiddels al meer dan 21 dagen en nog steeds niks gekregen. Tweede pakket is al 10 dagen "onderweg". Bericht gestuurd in Engels. Krijg reactie in het Frans.. 😅

Ordered a pregnancy pillow for my wife from them. After waiting for weeks for the pillow to arrive, Yodel marked it as delivered, when the parcel is nowhere to be seen. We've checked with neighbours, and around the building but nothing. I contacted Natty who suggested the usual (check with neighbours etc.). When that did not work, they suggested I contact the carrier (Yodel). Yodel do not know where the parcel actually is and asked me to ask the merchant (Natty) to contact them so that they can investigate. As you can understand, the last thing I want to do is play ping pong between Natty and Yodel, because they are not capable of delivering a parcel to a paying customer. Unfortunately I now have to go through the process of getting my money back, for something I urgently need and never received. Excellent service! Avoid them to save yourselves the hustle..

Pakketje staat op ontvangen en getekend. Maar nooit gekregen. Na een mailtje met de klantendienst moest ik zelf maar contact opnemen met hun leverancier ( “hier is je track en trace, bedankt voor uw begrip”). Het kussen werd verzonden met leverancier “colisprive.fr” en daar moet ik !!schriftelijk!! Een klacht indienen vooraleer er iets ondernomen wordt. Ik heb nogmaals de klantendienst gecontacteerd, maar die antwoorden niet meer. Mooi zo. En dag geld dan maar?

I placed an order for my wife on September 17th, 8pm; and shortly after we found out a friend had used it and she absolutely hated it because of its low quality. I then proceeded to cancel the order since, according to their own website, you can "cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of confirmation". This happened on September 18th, 1pm (17 hours after purchase). To my surprise they replied saying the order had already been processed and there was no way to cancel it. The funny thing is, according to the shipping company, the product didn't even leave their warehouse in China until 2-3 days later! I received it 2 weeks later, when my wife had already found another solution that works for her. I've been trying to reach out to them to get a refund but got only silence and half promises from them. In case they now want to reply saying "please tell me your order number so we can help you" and then disappear again, don't bother it's order #16823. My wife and I are expecting a baby, and we now have 90€ less to face all the new upcoming expenses, just because these people DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. In Europe a business like this would not last 4 months.

My wife ordered a maternity pillow from NATTY, it’s been 2 weeks with no correspondence. We should have checked trust pilot first. We even fell for the ‘shipping protection’ scam. It doesn’t exist. We’re trying to ask for a refund, or to cancel the order as it is now past being needed. What’s the odds I get a reply saying there’s been an unfortunate incident with my order. There’s too many of these scam companies from a well know country that specialise in plastic tat and dodgy goods. Disgusting that they prey on pregnant women.

Velcro is no longer sticking and although I've only had the pillow for 2 months (because it took so long to arrive!), I now often wake up with pillow detached. Velcro is also uncomfortable against your skin. I also feel as your bump gets bigger you should have the option to adjust the height of the pillow..I'm only 7 months but already feeling as if the pillow it too high for my bump, I've reverted back to a simple pillow as I have different thicknesses.

Awful experience. The package has not been sent to me after more than two weeks waiting. Customer service is very bad as they take ages to reply my emails. They said to me I should contact the carrier and I don’t even have a contact number. I want a full refund and they don’t reply. Not recommendable at all.
