Don’t fall for the $1 you get your results or pay $29.99 for a monthly subscription. I stupidly selected thr $1 option and they charged me that and then 24 hours later charged $29.99. They don’t answer their phone and now I’m having to go through a cancellation with my bank. I’m 100% certain I read all of the information and had the correct selection highlighted. Total scam!

WASTE OF TIME!! You have to pay for your results, but they don't tell you that until AFTER you take the test. I want a refund of the time I wasted on this useless garbage.

Makes you pay at the end and if you do they charge extra fees to your credit card do not take the test.

I took the test, paid $1.00 and then they began to attempt to take $29.99 out of account. A subscription that I didn’t want nor consent to.

Think IQ Academy is a scam. I never intended to subscribe — I just took a $1 IQ test, but they charged me a $29.99 monthly fee without my clear consent. When I tried to cancel, it was difficult to find a way. If this happens to you:

I agreed to the $1.00 (usd) charge and was sure to click on the no subscription, just result option and was charged $29.99 the next day. I sent an email to cancel. Yesterday, I was charged an additional $29.99 for another month!!! I have requested to cancel again. The test isn't great, and I had no intentions of purchasing a subscription when I took the test or when I paid the $1.00 for results.
