Paid £1 for their online test and have been charged around £23 for the past three days, completely out of nowhere. do not use this website it is a complete scam!

I'm like several others. I paid $1 for the test and days later, they're trying to take $29.99 without my permission. Thank goodness I didn't have any cash in my Apple Pay at the time. I called their number to cancel and a day later, they were still trying to take money out. I notify Apple and had to reset my Apple Cash in order to block this company. I've tried to get on their website and received an error stating, "Connection time out." I called again and they kept hanging up on me. So, I decided to report them to FTC. I advised everyone to do the same.
Hello
After wasting my time, they tell me to pay $1, I'm sorry but they will not get a 100th from a penny, what is this wasting my time without telling me a price before. Never waste your time with them, IT DOESNT PAY!

it’s fraud. They sign you up for a subscription without you knowing and there’s no customer service to speak with when you want to ask for a refund. And they continue to charge you even though you’ve cancelled your subscription.

SCAM ALERT! This website is a total scam. Customer service is essentially nonexistent. Once you realize you're being charged monthly, you call their "support" line, where there's an option to request cancellation and a refund. They immediately email you confirming that both went through and that your refund will take 5–10 business days. Sounds reasonable — except you never actually receive the refund. This company is extremely deceptive and, frankly, ill-intentioned. Please do not enter your credit card number thinking you'll only be charged $1. That's the tactic: they use it to justify charging you $29.99 the next month, without your consent.

They charged me 1 dollar and then 4 days later charged me $44 without my consent and authorisation and now I literally have my father's international law firm working a case with their litigation team starting with identity coverage and server crackdowns to narrow down this entity. We won't stop until everyone on here gets compensated.
