They charged me for items I did not want to purchase…
I ordered a customized picture frame online. When I went to checkout they automatically had included a $2.99 picture in the frame and a $7.99 ornament. I unclicked these purchases and proceeded to checkout. When I received my order those items were included and I was charged for them! This is a total scam and should be illegal! I should not be automatically charged for something I did not specifically choose to purchase. Why are companies allowed to automatically add something to your order?! When I emailed them to complain they said I confirmed the order at checkout so there’s nothing they would do for me. What a crock! I’ll never ever purchase anything from this company or any company that does this!
