Multiple weeks later
Multiple weeks later, I am still waiting to receive a return label. The two shirts I bought are very poor quality and not true to size. I have contacted the company 3 times already and have had no resolution.

Hello Kessea, We have responded to all of your email communications. We sent four return labels via email and on the fourth email we sent you the link to your return label and a print out of the return label. We asked in multiple emails for you to list the item(s) that you would like to exchange the shirts for and to date you have not sent the itms that you want to exchange the shirts for. In an ideal situation our customers email us what their exchange is and we ship the exchange as we await the return of the item that is being exchanged. To date, you have not followed our policy. The resolution is to return the shirts and email the item(s) that you would like to exchange the shirts for.
