I ordered just under a month a go, it does state 10-14 days for delivery. I waited longer due to the festive season but still no delivery. I've emailed twice but still no response. It does state it aims to get back to customers within 24hrs, 4 days later still nothing. Luckily I paid through PayPal so been able to request a refund. Disappointed, really bad service

They sent a defective car charger and holder for my z-fold 6. The first time I used it, it made my phone so hot it literally melted my bank card in my phone case, and I had to request a replacement card to be sent out from my bank. I reported this immediately since it happened within the first couple of days of me owning the defective product, and I have since contacted them via email four times and received no response. Their phone number always rings busy. Stay away from this company and their product even though they aggressively market what seems to be very useful products. 2/17/2026 Update I was pleasantly surprised when, after all these months, I saw a response from the company. Despite four email request to the exact same email address they list, I had heard nothing from them when they shipped me a unit that was clearly defective. I, again, reached out to them as they suggested in their response here , and days have gone by with no response from them. I suspect that there won't be one. The response here on this platform was for others who might read my complaint , not to reach out to me to resolve my situation with them. It was for public consumption. I will happily update this review with a different resolution if I ever hear back from them, but they have all of my information and have for some time, and I don't suspect I ever will. I wrote this review to protect future potential customers by sharing my experience. Just please be aware that if you don't get your product or it does not work properly, you will likely have no recourse. Another company would probably be a better choice.

Update1 - I still get their emails but now they lost a Baltimore address. Do a street view. Isn't this illegal? Fortunately, I can't upload the files but the address is 1014 W 36th St, Baltimore, MD 21211 ---- I did not realize it came from China until I sent a letter stating that I needed to return the products because I returned the Samsung Z7 Fold due to the poor resolution. Their site says free returns within the first 15 days. The email I received was from China with NO paid return, as advertised on their site "free returns within 15 days". I followed up and never heard back from them. The products are TERRIBLE.

4-in-1 Wireless Keyboard For Z Fold Series - Black / Galaxy Z Fold 7 6 5 4 & 3 Received and even though it looks the part it is much heavier than I expected and hence I am unlikely to use it. I have requested to return it but the cost of sending back to China is quite high and I am not confident I will ever see the refund.

Warning...! This company is a fraudulent company. I paid $88 Au for the armour fold case that was supposed to shockproof. The case is the cheapest plastic you could possibly use. Hinge doesn't even line up correctly. Tried to cancel order after reading other peoples reviews. No reply, not once! When it arrived I contacted my bank and fortunately they contacted the companies bank and reimbursed my money. I wouldn't even put this on my phone, it offers almost zero protection and looks tacky and cheap!

Didn't receive the product. Yodel lost it, when I contacted Z fold cases to inform them. They send contact courier, nothing else. I'm now sat between 2 companies telling me to contact the other one with no product and no progress. Their replies in the emails make very little sense. Please avoid at all costs!!!

The case is poor quality, destroyed my original screen protective film just by trying it on. I wanted to return it. Customer service was quick to reply, they sent me an address in China to send it back to at my own cost. Homepage says they will send a retur label. I have asked for the label multiple times now but no answer. This page is a scam!

Purchased a case from the website, quality was okay but took a month to arrive. Decided I didn't want the case, contacted customer support who responded promptly with the information to return it. Once I had submitted the shipping number to them, I was ghosted. Attempted multiple times to get my money back as I had already sent the case back without response. The Z Fold Case stole $70 from me and I will never order from them again.
