Absolute rubbish. I ordered a smart case, what was delivered was a piece of fake leather, with smart windows. Obviously nothing worked. Raised it with them directly, to be told it works and that is that. Avoid this con job company. Absolutely abysmal product, matched only by woeful customer service.

Poor quality of the product. I asked to return it, they said i needed to ship it back to china, which would have cost me almost its price! When i asked them to take in charge this shipment, they never replied!

Magnetic charging case was not functioning. And it was almost impossible to take the case out. If you think how thin a Fold 7 is, so much power should it not be required to take it out. I don't even want to talk about the charging station.
Response from ThezfoldcaseMar 23, 2026
Hi Eda, We’re really sorry to hear about this experience. A case that’s difficult to remove and a charging setup that doesn’t function properly is understandably frustrating especially with a device as refined as the Fold 7. Our magnetic cases and charging accessories are designed specifically for Fold models, but they should never require excessive force or fail to work as intended. If that happened, it’s something we need to review seriously. We also understand your disappointment regarding the charging station. That’s not the level of performance we aim to deliver. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number and reference this review so we can investigate both items and provide an appropriate resolution. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and want to make this right. — The Z Fold Case Team

Hi April, We’re sorry to hear how disappointed you are. Receiving a product that doesn’t match what you expected especially in terms of materials is understandably frustrating. Some of our cases use a combination of materials (such as alloy frames with reinforced components) to balance weight, signal performance, and Fold compatibility. That said, if the case you received felt like low-quality plastic or didn’t match the description, we want to review that immediately. Your experience matters, and this is not something we want to overlook. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number and reference this review so we can check the product details and offer an appropriate resolution. We’re here to make this right. — The Z Fold Case Team

Product was 100% garbage! It should be sold in the DOLLAR TREE literally! Paper thin plastic ,was sent with no screen protection barrier for front or camera!! It will absolutely NOT protect your phone in any way if dropped on a pillow it still will have damage with this trash !! How bad does a product have to be where you dont even want your money back!! I want to stay suckard as a lesson to me!! 55.00 dollars to never EVER purchase from them is a blessing!

Hi Everett, We’re really sorry to hear how disappointed you are with the case. When protection doesn’t meet expectations especially for a device like the Z Fold that’s understandably frustrating. Our cases are designed to balance protection with the slim form required for Fold devices, but if yours felt too fragile or lacked expected elements, that’s not the experience we aim to deliver. We also want to clarify that not all models include built-in screen or camera protectors, as many Fold users prefer separate solutions. That said, this should always be clearly communicated, and the product should still meet quality expectations. We’d like the opportunity to review your order and understand what happened. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number and reference this review so we can assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution. We’re here to make this right. — The Z Fold Case Team

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They sent me a case that was missing the SPen and the front glass to the front cover was also missing. I wrote them and they are willing to do nothing to fix this issue! They simply could care less. Save yourself the aggravation and buy from someone else!
Response from ThezfoldcaseMar 23, 2026
Hi Darlene, We’re very sorry to hear about this experience. Receiving an incomplete order especially with missing components is understandably frustrating and not acceptable. If the S Pen or front cover elements were missing, that should have been addressed immediately. We also understand how disappointing it is to feel that your concerns weren’t taken seriously when you reached out. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we would like the opportunity to review what happened and correct it properly. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number and reference this review so we can investigate your case and arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are here to make this right. — The Z Fold Case Team

I got the metallic Z fold 6 case, very cheap thin plastic, no shock absorption, and the edges and hinge break easily. They use fake review on their website and I did not find a way to leave a review directly on their site. You’re paying for shipping mostly, because there’s no way that case is worth more than 5 dollars let alone 50.
Response from ThezfoldcaseMar 23, 2026
Hi Jasadela, We’re sorry to hear how disappointed you are with the case. When a product doesn’t meet expectations in terms of durability or protection, that’s understandably frustrating — especially for a device like the Z Fold 6. Our cases are developed specifically for Fold devices, where hinge protection and slim design require careful balance. That said, if the case felt fragile or failed prematurely, that’s not the experience we aim to deliver and we want to review it properly. We also take concerns about reviews and transparency seriously. If anything appeared unclear, we appreciate you raising it. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number and reference this review so we can investigate your case and offer an appropriate resolution. We value your feedback and the opportunity to make this right. — The Z Fold Case Team

like all the other reviews. This is a scam i bought a case for the fold 7 no where on the site does it say shipping from china. wireless charging doesnt work and the front part of the case block the charging port so i have to unfold the device to plug a charger in. Contacted for a refund and was told i need to send it back to china at my expense before i get a refund. So i have to pay for them to ship me a product that is not fit for purpose and now i have to pay to send it back to maybe get my money back. Im sure it would get lost in transit.

Hi Robert, We understand how frustrating this experience must feel. Receiving a case that interferes with charging and then facing a complicated return process is understandably disappointing. Our cases are designed specifically for Fold devices, but fit and functionality can vary depending on the exact model and usage (wired vs wireless charging, positioning, etc.). That said, if the product is not working as intended, we want to address that properly. Regarding shipping and returns, some items are fulfilled from different warehouse locations to maintain availability for Fold users globally. However, the process should always feel clear and fair — not frustrating. We’d really like the opportunity to review your case and find a better resolution. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number and reference this review so we can look into this and assist you further. We’re here to resolve this professionally. — The Z Fold Case Team
