Item what not what was described

The case itself is OK, not really looking forward to the day I drop it & it lands on a corner, but the biggest disappointment is the "strong magnetic" ring. I switched from my old case specifically because the magnet sucked & wouldn't hold my phone in the car. I got this one & was so excited for the super strong magnetic ring. My disappointment when I put it on the magnet in the car & watching it just slide right off for me was heartbreaking but made my friend in the car with me almost pee himself he was laughing so hard. Such utter disappointment. And for $60 I got a case that is basically nothing, just some corners, and a letter Z with a ring in the middle that doesn't work. I so wanted this to be good too.

I ordered a shock proof leather case but received a cheap plastic case. I got ripped. Wouldn't recommend at all. Steer clear. I am very disappointed. Won't use again

You sent us the wrong case. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. You also failed to include instructions. Very poor quality. If I could send it back I would. Descriptions did not match what you sent us versus what I ordered

I'm not satisfied with the product. Its a cheap china made product with poor quality material. When I requested for a refund, Z Fold refused to give me a refund. Don't buy from them!!! They are not honest!!!

I purchased a Z Fold 7 case from this company, which was shipped from China. The product did not meet my expectations, as the magnetic cover, which should secure the device when closed, failed to do so when flipped open. Upon attempting to initiate a return via email, and after several exchanges, I found it necessary to reference UK consumer law regarding the right to return goods for a full refund. Their response indicated that I would be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to China to receive a refund. This would entail an expenditure of approximately £18 for shipping, in anticipation of a potential refund of £31, which could take several months to process. I rate their customer service as unsatisfactory and the product quality as poor. I advise against purchasing from this vendor.

Does not fit too big. Bad deal. They send 2 of them. Do not buy these.

Magnetic Carbon Fiber Leather Case - Galaxy Z Fold 6 / Brown. Expensive and very poor quality. The 'magnetic' door has barely any magnetism and doesn't hold the left half of the fold in place at all. A right royal waste of time and money. A seven quid plastic one from eBay does a better job. Complete rubbish.
