These cases dont fit the phones they advertise. Volume buttons dont work. They dont even connect to the phone. Cannot use the fingerprint scan as it is too far away from phone. No front cover. Very cheaply made. They want a return to China before they would give a refund. Crappy company. They are not willing to help the customer. Do not buy from this company

I paid for expedited shipping and it still took 3 weeks to get my order. I sat for 3 days before it was shipped. It traveled 14,000 miles; From China across the Pacific Ocean to Chicago, then to California, then back across the Pacific Ocean 3000 miles to Hawaii. Save your money; don't pay for expedited shipping and just take the free shipping.

Terrible!!! I've been trying to return a case that doesn't work for my phone. 5 emails and no response. Also, their number is disconnected... scam. Beware.

I ordered what looked like an expensive product. When it arrived it was cheap garbage. I requested a refund and they wanted me to send it back to China. Their company claims to be located in Maryland.

The company is a scam. Claims to be in the USA (Maryland), however, the items are shipped from overseas. The cell phone case claimed to be durable, and is total garbage. It does not fit my phone when I unfold it, the case pops off. It is cheap plastic and not durable at all. The kickstand does not hold the weight of the phone and it will fall over. I tried reaching out for a refund and they wanted me to pay to ship the case back to China. Although their refund page clearly states "contact us first for an RMA and the item will be shipped back to our company location in Maryland USA". Total scam when I replied to the email demanding a prepaid return lable and called them out on thei fraudulent actions, they have yet to respond.

They sent me the wrong case and I emailed them about it but no reply and its been days. I ordered the Samsung galaxy z fold 8 case and they sent me the Samsung galaxy z fold ultra case. I waited 11 days when I paid for express shipping $14.99 ! I'd like to return this case and get my money back or the correct case! I need someone to make this right!

Get someone who knows how to select the correct product. You sent the wrong case. I selected the Fold8 Ultra. The longer case. My money is gone now and the time I washed for this was studip. Great looking product too bad it's worthless to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A WASTE OF TIME

They forgot to take it out of the orginal packet and replace with their own, which was included empty! Feels cheap and nasty. 100% not worth the price. Could just get it from Temu myself for a couple of dollars. Do Not Recommend
