Would give 0 stars if I could ordered on 5/24 just received on 6/8 I'm in construction so I needed ASAP ended up ordering one off of Amazon anyway there is nothing special about this case and when I contacted support wasn't even discounted waiting over two weeks is ridiculous

The product was nothing like what was described. Made of plastic not aluminum - hinge cover was floppy and loose. Non existent customer support. Pretty much a scam.

I ordered a phone case and a mount for the car. Ordered guaranteed service to go along with the order. I'd like to give benefit of the doubt that its due to holiday that it hasn't shipped, but I haven't even gotten so much as a confirmation email. They were however quick to make sure the funds were taken from my account. If I don't hear back soon I'm going to go through the rough process of a chargeback.

If i could give a zero star review i would!! I ordered a case for my wifes phone on may 4th. I recieved one email and thats it. Almost a month later no case. Tried calling the company all i got was a budy signal. Tried email and surprise no response. Now ive got to go through the trouble of disputing charges and finding another case. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

I ordered a gold and black case. I received my order and it was rose gold. I emailed them straight away and asked what my options were because I hate rose gold. No one responded to me. I sent multiple emails and I was still ignored. Cheap plastic and flimsy and no way it would protect my phone. Also comes with chinese writing on the plastic protector on the front. So although it says “USA LLC” it’s obvious it’s a cheap product from China and they are not based in the USA. Ended up disputing with PayPal and got a refund because they also refused to respond to PayPal. Terrible service.

**AVOID THIS SITE** This site is a scam, I ordered a Full Protection Aluminium Case with Kickstand & Pen Holder For Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Series, and this product is NOT aluminium it is a cheap plastic case that is poorly made and falling apart, and fits poorly. I have tried to contact their support to get a refund and they have not responded. So to anyone AVOID THIS SCAM WEBSITE!

I received a defective Z Folder 6 case on September 13, 2024. The case causes my screen protector detached from my phone every time I put it on. My carrier rep tried and had the same problem. I was told by him that the case measurements was inaccurate. Contacted thezfoldcase.com and explained what went wrong. They asked questions and pictures and reluctant to gave me their return address which is in China. Finally I got their approval for return. I shipped it to the Chinese address on September 19 and followed with them multiple times. I never heard anything back from them.
