No case was delivered. They sent a reply to my email stating I had received it 4 days before I had ordered. They have yet to rectify the situation. I will be going to the authorities if they do not reply soon.

This case looks nice, however it does not support magsafe charging as advertised on its website! Cannot contact for refund. I have to buy another case because magsafe wireless charging was a main reason for me selecting this case. So I basically just wasted 50 dollars! DO NOT ORDER THIS CASE if you expect wireless magsafe charging!!!!

Product not as advertised. Doesn't support wireless charging and is totally plastic. Rip off price. Customer service is terrible. They don't ever man their chat. They have no phone number and do not answer emails about anything. Do not buy from them. I will take this review down if you refund my money for the falsely advertised product.

I bought the z fold 5 case. Got it in a timely manner, put it on my phone and THAT DAY i went to open my phone and the CHEAP black plastic that lines the top screen got caught in the piece that attached to the back and peeled off and bent. Can't fix it, sending it back! Peice of crap!

First off, the case It wasn't the color I ordered. Ordered black and gold. They sent me more of a copper color. It is definitely not aluminum. It is just cheap plastic. And the case doesn't fit very well. Also ordered a "fast charger." Anything but fast. Charged my phone approximately 25% in 5 hours!

The case from "thezfoldcase.com" (China) isn't really as described. Cheap materials and DOES NOT support wireless charging. tried to contact the company twice. Once by email and chat, they do not respond

i cant charge my phone on a stand with the case. Im advised i would have to send it to China for my money back
